The FireFly’s welded 4130 chrome-moly steel fuselage cage gives it the solid, reliable feel of a true aircraft, with superior strength and durability throughout. Its rigid truss ribs, massive 5” aluminum wing spar, and Stits aircraft covering set FireFly’s wings apart from the typical sailcloth wings found on other ultralights, ensuring unmatched performance and resilience.

Sporty Handling 

The FireFly features conventional 3-axis controls with cable and push-pull tubes, offering a responsive yet stable flying experience that’s not twitchy or overly sensitive. Its gentle stall characteristics include a brief sink before a smooth break at around 30 mph, where the nose drops, speed builds, and the aircraft effortlessly recovers with a slight reduction in stick pressure.
